Agreement
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If
you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Maskira
Team ("Maskira", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and
use of the Maskira application and related services (the "Service").
Eligibility (17+). The Service is intended for users who are at least 17 years old.
1) The Service
Maskira is an event planning and publishing tool that helps you
organize activities clearly and efficiently. You can create and
edit events with title, date, time, location, and contact details,
add cover images from your photo library or camera, use tags to
categorize activities, check schedule conflicts before publishing,
and share event details when needed. Published events are
automatically shown in History, where you can quickly browse and
filter by category for easier review.
We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. Some features
may be optional or require permissions (e.g., photos, camera,
location).
2) Accounts

Registration: you may need to create an account
and provide accurate name/username/email.

Security: you are responsible for all activity
under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, email
devia@asingenieriadesonido.com.
3) Your Content
"User Content" includes information you submit through the Service,
such as event details, tags, cover images, and messages to support.
You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have
the rights to submit it.

License to operate the Service: you grant Maskira
a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store,
reproduce, and display your User Content as necessary to provide
the Service.

Sharing: if you share event details, recipients
may be able to copy or re-share that information.
4) Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not upload content that infringes rights or violates privacy.
- Do not attempt to access or interfere with non-public systems.
- Do not scrape or harvest data without written permission.
5) Optional AI-Assisted Features (If Enabled)
Some features may offer AI-assisted generation or editing of content
only when you choose to use them. You are responsible for reviewing
outputs before relying on them or sharing them.
Maskira does not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs will be accurate,
complete, or suitable for your purposes.
6) Third-Party Services and App Store Terms
The Service may interact with third-party services or operating
system features (e.g., photo library, camera, location services)
subject to your device settings and third-party terms.
If you obtained the app from Apple’s App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Maskira, not Apple.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
- To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce
them against you.
7) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or
terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms
or if necessary to protect the Service or comply with law.
8) Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maskira disclaims all
warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement.
Maskira does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted,
secure, or error-free.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maskira will not be liable
for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your
use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maskira’s total liability
for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you
paid (if any) to use the Service in the 12 months before the event
giving rise to the claim.
10) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maskira from and against
claims arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or
your violation of these Terms.
11) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Maskira
Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of
laws rules.
Except where prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved by final
and binding arbitration in English before a single arbitrator. The
arbitration location will be the jurisdiction of Maskira Team’s
principal place of business, unless the parties agree otherwise.
You and Maskira each waive the right to a trial by jury and to
participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration, to the
extent permitted by law.
12) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated
version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective
date means you accept the updated Terms.
